Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments

So that the Jade Cosmetic Clinic team can be best prepared to offer extraordinary service to our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change all appointments. Cancellations or changes after this time will incur a cancellation fee of up to $100.

All appointments at Jade Cosmetic Clinic require a $100 pre-payment or booking fee. This applies to bookings made online, over the phone, or in-store.

Patients with existing appointment deposits are welcome to continue to redeem these at the time of payment. No-show bookings and appointments cancelled for any reason, including covid, will now incur a no-show/cancellation fee of up to $100.

Jade Introduction Credit

The $100 Jade Introduction credit is redeemable against any treatment or product purchased at your appointment. If a treatment is agreed upon and booked on the day of your consultation, your credit may be carried forward to that booking at the discretion of your clinician. If no treatment or product is purchased at the time of your visit, the credit is applied to your consultation. The Jade Introduction credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable in the event that a booked treatment is subsequently cancelled.
