Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments
So that the Jade Cosmetic Clinic team can be best prepared to offer extraordinary service to our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change all appointments. Cancellations or changes after this time will incur a cancellation fee of up to $100.
All appointments at Jade Cosmetic Clinic require a $100 pre-payment or booking fee. This applies to bookings made online, over the phone, or in-store.
Patients with existing appointment deposits are welcome to continue to redeem these at the time of payment. No-show bookings and appointments cancelled for any reason, including covid, will now incur a no-show/cancellation fee of up to $100.
